Franco

Franco is one of those unusual people that started life as a QS but has talents as a Project Manager so for several years he has been working in both roles. He is young, ambitious and talented with a ton of energy so makes a great person on any team! With him on board the job will always be delivered on time and to budget!

Franco originates from South Africa and has worked across Africa and Brazil before making New Zealand his home. He has a National Diploma in Building (3 year degree equivalent) and Bachelors in Quantity Surveying (2 year Masters Equivalent). He is also registered as a Project Manager with the Project Managers Institute (PMI) since 2014. He has a passion for staying on the forefront of new and innovative building methods, technology and scheduling.

From a very early stage in his career Franco has taken on big projects and managed teams often in challenging conditions. He was asked to establish a team in Zambia and lead a team of 7 to achieve this. Most recently Franco was working on a large density housing project in Albany where he is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of 47 villas and apartments with dual roles for the last 12 months!

His background is ideal to take on projects in our commercial division and ensure our large build projects are successful and showcase our ability’s in large scale developments for the commercial division of Build Partners future.
